I'd use a Vibro Blade or a Vibro Axe for the Trident.
What are you using as the baddies?

Ive ordered twenty of these guys, its gunna take two weeks to get from a guy in Europe. They remind me of the brutes in the movie "Fifth element". I still have to order some weapons too, the great thing about using legos is the interchangable equipment and weapons. For those of you interested in going this route i suggest Brickforge.com or Brickwarriors.com for custom after market weapons, armor, and equipment.The hexagonal bases for lego minis i found at gibrick.com.

Lego also put these little face huggers out a number of years ago....I think I'll get a handful of these bugs for a nice fight too....

I love his eyes. You could give them different colloured jackets if you wanted to model different level troops. Black might be a grunt and red might be a Thug....
